1. Business Operations

Umphalambe Projects (2025/823750/07) is a technical agency providing software engineering, corporate systems administration, and proprietary SaaS solutions.

2. Payment Terms

To maintain our modular development cycle and ensure project commitment, we operate under the following strict payment structure:

  • 50% Deposit: Required upfront before any architectural scoping or development begins.
  • 50% Final Payment: Due immediately upon project completion and before final deployment/handover.

3. Project Scope & Revisions

Project scopes are defined during the "Scope" phase of our workflow. Any deviations from the initial architectural plan may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, proprietary software solutions (e.g., MetricMaster AI, Langa Reader) remain the property of Umphalambe Projects. Client-specific custom builds will be handed over upon full payment.
